This is the seventh part of our “Fun with Science” with exciting experiments done by Form One students of St Joseph’s Private School at home using ordinary cooking ingredients.
First, we have Aidan demonstrating to us his swirl of colours using food colouring, milk and dish washing soap.
Next, we have Jean, a Form One student of St Joseph’s Private School who builds a three density tower with three different kinds of liquids. Watch how she does it. It’s amazing how they don’t mix.
In the following video, Bernice, another Form One student of St Joseph’s Private School demonstrates to us how to inflate a balloon with baking soda and vinegar which are commonly found in most kitchens.
Finally, Nia shows us that corn flour mixed with water can be dough or liquid depending on how much pressure we put on it. See how she does it.
