Convent and Seminary Visit 2012
On 21-22 June 2012, the students of Form 1A, 1B, and 1C took turns to visit St Teresa’s Convent of the Franciscan Sisters of Sarawak, and St Peter’s College, the major seminary in Kuching as their field trip for BM class, accompanied by Cikgu Doris Ooi. Sr Adriana, SSFS and Sr Agatha, SSFS explained the nuns’ way of life and their history in Sarawak including the long history of the generalate building. The students were impressed with the old building. Some explanations were also given at St Peter’s College about the seminarians and their studies.
